Hello. My question is about how a number is supposed to be displayed.
My calculator insists on putting a decimal point after a whole number.
If I plug in the number 2, the result displayed will be a 2. (a two with a decimal point after it).
If a type a number with a decimal point and many other numbers after the decimal point, I get that number exactly as I typed it. For example: if I type 2.3456789012, I get that same exact number (I tested and it displays back up to the twelfth digit).
The thing that bothers me is that decimal point after a whole number...
The number format is set to STD. I tried changing to FIxed and 6 decimals places and then go back to STD, but that decimal insists on showing.
Any clues?
Thanks,
Luiz
